Using the FTP connection I built on my Ubuntu server, I can seamlessly and securely transfer files to and from my server's database as needed. With the server running two 1TB Samsung SSDs configured in RAID 1, all data is stored securely and readily available for immediate use, ensuring both high performance and reliability.
Game Servers
Using my Ubuntu server combined with the SteamCMD database, I can install, update, and manage server files entirely through the Linux terminal. Leveraging Steam's workshop capabilities, I can seamlessly integrate game-changing mods into the server to enhance stability, expand activities, and add high-quality features for improved user experience. By utilizing bash scripts, I can automate daily server restarts to maintain smooth operations and schedule regular backups to minimize data loss in case of power outages or other unforeseen issues.
Using the Fabric mod loader for Minecraft combined with bash scripts for server restarts, backups, and monitoring, I can run multiple game servers simultaneously while maintaining optimal performance across all servers. This setup allows me to host a diverse range of games consistently. With two 1TB Samsung SSDs running in RAID 1 and two redundant power supplies, I am always prepared to keep my servers running with minimal downtime and data loss.
